Shipping Policy
At this moment, we have 3 international shipping methods in charge of 2 different courier companies:
- Economy Shipping with Serpost(Correos del Perú): 15 - 55 days
This option is reserved exclusively for stickers and bookmarks, you won't be able to choose Economy Shipping if your order includes other products.
The Economy Shipping option with Serpost does NOT include a tracking number, and so you accept full responsibility for any potential loss or the need for re-shipment with tracking. This option is provided as a gesture of trust and goodwill to help counterbalance the cost of international shipping, and we expect the same level of respect and honesty from our customers in return.
In the event that a package sent via Economy Shipping does not arrive in the time indicated, please contact us at hello@doredesigns.store to discuss your order. We reserve the right to wait up to 21 days for the package to be returned to us in the case of customs issues. Based on your purchasing history with us, we may choose to remake or resend the order at no additional cost.
Please note: If more than one order fails to reach its destination, you will no longer be eligible for this untracked shipping option in future orders.
- Standard Shipping with Serpost (Correos del Perú): 10 - 30 days
The Standard Shipping option does include a tracking number. This used to be our basic option, but since we've found our local courier does meet the time range when we pay for the tracking upgrade, it is the best mid-range option we can give you.
In case you experience a longer delay than the range specified, please contact us to help you.
- Express Shipping with DHL: 5 -7 days
It is the fastest and safest shipping option. It's a flat rate up to 1.5kg so you can include a bunch of products and still pay the same price for shipping!
FREE SHIPPING ON REGULAR ORDERS OVER US$100*:
This offer is available only on orders that include regular products, no custom/personalized products.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- When choosing your shipping option, take into account the delivery times of each one. Once the package is handed to the courier company, we have no control over the time it can take to arrive to its destination, especially if they are within the established range.
- No default shipping option has insurance against loss, damage, or other incidents that may happen during transit, so we are not responsible for any problem that may happen before the package reaches you.
- The full payment of your order does not include customs duties, import duties, foreign taxes, or other taxes that may be generated in the destination country, and we are not responsible for them.
